摘要
依据国家西部陆海新通道总体规划,构筑西部大开发交通物流经济深度融合的运输新通道,通过分析兰州至重庆沿线区域经济社会发展及交通状况,研究提出兰渝高铁东、中、西三个线路走向方案。据此分别从沿线区域经济发展、交通需求、工程地质、生态保护及路网条件、工程投资等方面进行综合比选分析。综合应用环保选线、地质选线、工程选线等方法宏观定性分析,通过因素分析法基于不同影响要素进行定量评价,得出兰渝高铁经天水、广元、重庆走向方案相对最优的初步结论。
A new transportation channel will be built for deep integration of transportation and logistics in western China based on the overall plan for the new land and sea corridor in the West.Based on the analysis of the economic and social development and traffic conditions along the Lanzhou-Chongqing route,three plans of East,Middle and West railway routes are proposed.Based on this,comprehensive comparison and analysis are conducted in terms of regional economic development,transportation demand,engineering geology,ecological protection,road network conditions,and engineering investment along the routes.Macro-qualitative analysis is conducted based on comprehensive application of environmental route selection,geological route selection,engineering route selection and other aspects.The factor analysis and quantitative evaluation based on different influencing factors conclude preliminarily that the Lanzhou-Chongqing High-speed railway passing Tianshui,Guangyuan and Chongqing is relatively optimal.
