铁路房屋建筑BIM工程量自动统计研究

Study on BIM Automatic Statistics of Railway Building Engineering Quantity

正向设计是当前BIM技术在设计阶段的应用趋势,铁路沿线房屋建筑工程量极为庞大,在BIM正向设计过程中实现工程量的自动统计,能够有效提升设计文件质量和效率。如何在铁路工程实体分解结构(EBS)的框架下进行铁路房屋建筑BIM工程量自动统计是业内亟待解决的问题。本研究基于Autodesk平台从房建专业工程实体分解结构着手进行构件划分,并利用编码筛选在样板文件中置入标准化的明细表,通过软件二次开发实现自动读取明细表数值并置入工程量表,最终实现铁路房屋建筑BIM工程量自动统计。该研究成果将为铁路其他相关专业工程量自动统计提供参考,推动BIM正向设计在铁路工程建设中的标准化应用。

Forward design is the application trend of BIM technology in the design stage.The construction volume of housing construction along the railway is huge.In the process of BIM forward design,the automatic statistics of engineering quantity can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of design documents.How to carry out automatic statistics of BIM project quantity under the framework of EBS is an urgent problem in the industry.Based on the Autodesk platform,this research conducts the component division by means of structure breakdown of the engineering entity of the housing construction specialty,places standardized schedule into the template file by using code screening,automatically reads the schedule value and puts it into the engineering quantity table through secondary development of the software,and finally realizes the automatic statistics of BIM engineering quantity of the railway housing construction.The research results will provide some reference for the automatic statistics of engineering quantity of other related disciplines,and promote the standardized application of BIM forward design in railway engineering construction.
