装配式车辆基地设计特点及创新

Design Characteristics and Innovation of Prefabricated Metro Vehicle Base

装配式建筑是建筑工程未来的发展方向,为了研究装配式建筑在地铁车辆基地的适用范围和特点,需要根据地铁车辆基地特点进行系统的分析和研究。通过对沈阳地铁10号线桑林子车辆基地应用案例归纳研究,提出装配式地铁车辆基地具有以下特点:(1)装配式结构设计施工速度快,可以缩短工期;(2)装配式钢结构作业平台和轨道桥能够改善室内工作条件、提升室内环境;(3)装配式陶土板外立面能够提升地铁车辆基地外观形象;(4)装配式检修库更有利于远期扩建的实施。针对国内地铁车辆基地厂房面积大、构建规格较为统一、构建数量多的特点,建议检修库、运用库、物资库、工建料棚可根据工期需要采用装配式设计。并通过实际数据对比证明装配式车辆基地施工速度快,扩建包容性好;室内作业条件和库外环境优于传统地铁车辆基地。

Prefabricated building is the future development direction of construction engineering.In order to study the application scope and characteristics of prefabricated building in metro vehicle base,it is necessary to carry out systematic analysis and research according to the characteristics of metro vehicle base.Based on the case study of Sanglinzi metro vehicle base of Shenyang Metro Line 10,this paper puts forward the following characteristics of the prefabricated metro vehicle base:(1)the design and construction speed of the prefabricated structure is fast,which can reduce the construction period;(2)the prefabricated steel structure working platform and track bridge can improve the indoor maintenance working conditions and improve the indoor environment;(3)the external facade of the assembled clay plate can improve the appearance image of the metro vehicle base;(4)prefabricated maintenance warehouse is more conducive to the implementation of future expansion.According to the characteristics of large workshop area,uniform construction specification and large construction quantity in domestic metro vehicle bases,it is suggested that the maintenance warehouse,operation warehouse,material warehouse and construction material shed should be designed for prefabrication according to the construction period requirement.The comparison of the actual data prove that the construction speed of the prefabricated vehicle base is fast and the expansion is inclusive;the indoor operation condition and outdoor environment are better than the traditional metro vehicle base.
