联苯双酯滴丸联合熊去氧胆酸治疗肝炎综合征婴儿30例疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Bifendate Dripping Pills Combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid in the Treatment of 30 Infants with Hepatitis Syndrome

目的:观察联苯双酯滴丸联合熊去氧胆酸对肝炎综合征(IHS)婴儿血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月在我院诊治的IHS婴儿60例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组服用熊去氧胆酸片,观察组在对照组基础上服用联苯双酯滴丸,对比两组患儿用药前后血清AST、TBIL、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)及总有效率、不良反应等情况。结果:治疗后,两组血清AST、TBIL均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清TNF-α、IL-6均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联苯双酯滴丸联合熊去氧胆酸治疗IHS婴儿效果较好,能显著降低血清AST、TBIL及相关致炎因子水平,且用药较安全,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of bifendate dripping pills combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in infants with hepatitis syndrome.Methods:60 children with IHS in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took ursodeoxycholic acid tablets,and the observation group took bifendate dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The serum ast,TBIL,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the serum AST and TBIL of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the serum TNF-αand IL-6 of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bifendate dripping pills combined with ursodeoxycholic acid has a good effect in the treatment of infants with hepatitis syndrome.It can significantly reduce the levels of serum ast,TBIL and related inflammatory factors,and it is safe to use,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
