丁苯酞联合阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血清学指标和神经功能的影响

Effects of Butylphthalide Combined with Aspirin and Atorvastatin on Serum Indexes and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察丁苯酞联合阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血清学指标和神经功能的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月于我院就诊的86例急性脑梗死患者为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组采用阿司匹林和阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丁苯酞治疗,比较两组疗效、血清学指标、神经功能及不良反应情况。结果:治疗前,两组血清学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组MMP-9、NSE、Hcy低于治疗前,6-k-PGFla高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MMP-9、NSE、Hcy水平低于对照组,6-k-PGFla水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:联用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀和丁苯酞可增强急性脑梗死治疗效果,降低MMP-9、NSE、Hcy表达,减轻神经功能损伤,安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the effect of butylphthalide combined with aspirin and atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on serological indexes and neurological function.Methods:86 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin and atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide on the basis of aspirin and atorvastatin.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in serological indexes(P>0.05).After treatment,MMP-9,NSE and Hcy in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and 6-k-pgfla was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of MMP-9,NSE and Hcy in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the level of 6-k-pgfla was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Combined use of aspirin,atorvastatin and butylphthalide can enhance the therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction,reduce the expression of MMP-9,NSE and Hcy,and reduce the damage of nerve function.
