摘要 本文回顾了近年来男性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关研究,从男性HPV感染的检测方法、HPV感染与男性不育的相关性,以及男性HPV感染对辅助生殖结局的影响3个方面,对研究结果进行了汇总和分析。由于大部分研究结果均支持男性HPV感染可能与男性不育相关,并有可能导致不良妊娠结局,因此笔者认为有生育需求的夫妇,以及存在生育问题需要采用辅助生殖技术助孕的夫妇,男女双方均应接受HPV相关检测,其中男方更应采集精液样本,以确保检测的准确性。此外,尚需更多的临床数据支持及大样本的前瞻性研究,以便更深入地了解HPV感染对男性生育能力及辅助生殖技术助孕效果的确切影响。 This paper reviews the research on human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in recent years,and summarizes and analyzes the research results from three aspects:detection methods of HPV infection in men,the correlation between HPV infection and male infertility,and the influence of HPV infection on assisted reproductive outcomes in men.Because most of the research results support the male HPV infection may be associated with male infertility,and could lead to adverse pregnancy outcome.Therefore,it is suggested that couples with reproductive needs and couples who need assistedreproduction are recommended to accept HPV related tests,and the male should collect semen samples to ensure the accuracy of the test.In addition,more clinical data and large-scale prospective studies are needed to understand the exact effect of HPV infection on male fertility and assisted reproductive technology.
