干扰素-γ、CXC趋化因子配体10在单纯疱疹病毒-2型复发性生殖器疱疹患者外周血中的表达及固本祛湿汤的临床疗效

The expression of IFN-γand CXCL10 in peripheral blood of HSV-2 recurrent genital herpes and the clinical effects of Gu Ben Qu Shi decoction

目的探讨干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)在单纯疱疹病毒-2(HSV-2)型复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者外周血中的表达及固本祛湿汤的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年8月大连医科大学附属大连市妇产医院及天津中医药大学第一附属医院收治的57例证属脾肾两虚、湿毒内蕴的HSV-2型RGH患者作为研究对象。按复发频次分层随机法分为试验组(n=28)和对照组(n=29)。对照组予盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础之上予固本祛湿汤治疗,比较两组患者外周血IFN-γ、CXCL10水平,观察复发情况及抗复发疗效。结果试验组患者治疗后外周血IFN-γ[(105.37±25.27)pg/mL比(87.31±28.40)pg/mL]、CXCL10[(15.74±4.07)pg/mL比(13.60±3.26)pg/mL]表达均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);且试验组抗复发有效率明显高于对照组(78.6%比44.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固本祛湿汤配合伐昔洛韦治疗HSV-2型RGH患者,抗复发疗效确切,可能通过调控IFN-γ、CXCL10的表达发挥调节机体免疫平衡的作用,进而有效控制复发率。

Objective To investigate the expression of IFN-γand CXCL10 in peripheral blood of HSV-2 recurrent genital herpes and the clinical effects of Gu Ben Qu Shi decoction.Methods From March 2017 to August 2018,57 cases of HSV-2 RGH patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney and dampness and toxicity admitted to Dalian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the trial group(n=28)and the control group(n=29)by stratified random method according to recurrence frequency.The control group was treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablets,and the trial group was treated as the control group but given in addition Gu Ben Qu Shi decoction.The levels of IFN-γand CXCL10 in peripheral blood of patients in the two groups were compared,and the recurrence and anti-recurrence efficacy were observed.Results After treatment,the expression of IFN-γ[(105.37±25.27)pg/mL vs.(87.31±28.40)pg/mL]and CXCL10[(15.74±4.07)pg/mL vs.(13.60±3.26)pg/mL]in peripheral blood of patients in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate of anti-recurrence in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.6%vs.44.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Gu Ben Qu Shi decoction combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of HSV-2 RGH patients an effective anti-recurrence effect.It may play a role in regulating the immune balance of the body by regulating the expression of IFN-γand CXCL10,so as to effectively control the recurrence rate.
