凋亡相关蛋白胱天蛋白酶与男性尖锐湿疣病情的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析凋亡相关蛋白胱天蛋白酶(Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9)与男性尖锐湿疣(CA)病情的相关性。方法收集2018年4月至2019年4月安徽省第二人民医院确诊的72例男性CA患者的皮损组织标本作回顾性分析。根据人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测结果分为高危型组(n=38)和低危型组(n=34),收集同期于安徽省第二人民医院行包皮环切术的30例健康男性包皮组织标本作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法检测Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9在三组标本中的表达情况。结果高危型组、低危型组标本的Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9蛋白阳性表达率均低于对照组标本(13.16%vs.96.67%、44.12%vs.96.67%;10.53%vs.96.67%、38.24%vs.96.67%;7.89%vs.93.33%、35.29%vs.93.33%),且高危型组的Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9蛋白阳性表达率均低于低危型组标本(13.16%vs.44.12%;10.53%vs.38.24%;7.89%vs.35.29%),差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论男性CA皮损组织中凋亡相关蛋白Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9表达均明显下调,且高危型男性CA较低危型男性CA下调更为明显。 Objective To analyze the correlation between apoptosis-related protein caspase(Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9)and male condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods Skin tissue samples of 72 male CA patients diagnosed in Anhui No.2 Provincial People's Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were collected,and were divided into high-risk group(38 cases)and low-risk group(34 cases)according to the HPV genotyping test re sults.A total of 30 healthy male circumcision specimens were collected as control group.The expression of Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9 in three groups were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The protein positive expression rate of Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9 in high-risk group and low-risk group were both significantly lower than those in the control group(13.16%vs.96.67%,44.12%vs.96.67%,10.53%vs.96.67%,38.24%vs.96.67%,7.89%vs.93.33%,35.29%vs.93.33%),and the protein positive expression rate of Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9 in high-risk group were significantly lower than those in the low-risk group(13.16%vs.44.12%,10.53%vs.38.24%,7.89%vs.35.29%),all above differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of apoptosis-related proteins Caspase-3,Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 in male CA skin tissues are significantly down-regulated,and the down-regulation in high-risk type is more obvious than that in low-risk type.
