阿昔洛韦联合利巴韦林治疗妊娠并发生殖器疱疹的效果及其对睡眠质量、疼痛度的影响

Therapeutic effect of Acyclovir plus Ribavirin for pregnant women with herpes progenitalis and its impact on the sleep quality and pain degree

目的研究阿昔洛韦+利巴韦林运用于妊娠并发生殖器疱疹中的价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月海口市人民医院诊治的76例妊娠并发生殖器疱疹患者作为研究对象。遵照数字表法随机分为两组,研究组(n=38)采用阿昔洛韦+利巴韦林,对照组(n=38)采用阿昔洛韦+安慰剂,比较两组患者治疗结果。结果研究组总有效率89.47%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的VAS、PSQI评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者各项评分均低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的IL-4、TNF-α、IgA、IgM及IgG水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者各项指标水平均优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者不良妊娠结局发生率10.53%,与对照组患者的21.05%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦联合利巴韦林运用于妊娠并发生殖器疱疹中效果显著,可减轻疼痛,改善睡眠质量,促进炎症反应消退,防止不良妊娠结局产生。

Objective To study the clinical value of Acyclovir plus Ribavirin for pregnant women with herpes progenitalis.Methods 76 pregnant women with herpes progenitalis treated from January 2018 to January 2019 in Haikou People's Hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups.The research group(n=38)was treated with Acyclovir and Ribavirin,while the control group(n=38)was treated with Acyclovir and placebo.The therapeutic effect was probed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group(89.47%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.95%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,related scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Before treatment,the values of interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,related values in the research group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the research group(10.53%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.05%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Acyclovir joint Ribavirin is of remarkable effect in the treatment of pregnant patients with herpes progenitalis,which can relieve the pain and inflammatory response,improve the sleep quality and prevent the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
