心理干预对轻症勃起功能障碍患者焦虑/抑郁情绪的影响

Effects of psychological intervention on anxiety/depression in patients with mild symptom erectile dysfunction

目的探讨心理干预对轻症勃起功能障碍(MSED)患者焦虑/抑郁状态的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年5月重庆大学附属三峡医院男性科收治的80例MSED患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理干预(于入院后1周内、入院后2周内、出院后1个月)。比较两组患者治疗前后心理状态、国际勃起功能问卷表(IIEF-5)评分及护理满意度。结果通过心理干预,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者IIEF-5评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSED患者在治疗中采用心理护理干预,能够使其焦虑/抑郁状态得到明显改善,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety/depression in patients with mild symptom erectile dysfunction(MSED).Methods A total of 80 patients with MSED,admitted to Department of Andrology in Chongqing University Three Gorges Hospital from October 2018 to May 2019,were selected as study subjects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random grouping method.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was added psychological intervention(within 1 week after admission,2 weeks after admission,and 1 month after discharge).Psychological status,international erectile function questionnaire(IIEF-5)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Through psychological intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of MSED patients can significantly improve their anxiety/depression state,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
