基于Citespace的国际幼儿体质健康前沿热点分析

Citespace-Based Analysis of the International Research Topics on Children's Physical Health

目的:了解幼儿体质健康研究的前沿热点,为丰富和完善我国幼儿体质健康研究提供参考;方法:从幼儿体质健康视角切入,以Web of Science核心数据库为基础数据源,运用Citespace软件进行可视化知识图谱处理,从国家(地区)分布、学科组成、核心作者以及前沿热点四个角度展开分析,并以此为基础对未来幼儿体质健康研究进行了预测与展望;结果显示:近10年幼儿体质健康研究主要从“幼儿肥胖”“幼儿心理健康”以及“幼儿体质健康外部影响因素”三个视角展开。今后应注重幼儿疾病筛选、诊断、干预方式与体质健康评价方式的“新”探索,注重挖掘幼儿体质健康相关干预方式的教育使用价值,进一步明确幼儿体质健康、家庭教育、学校教育以及幼儿社会成长环境之间的关系,构建健康的幼儿成长环境。

The paper aims to get the frontier hot spots of child physical health research and provides a reference for enriching and perfecting the research of child physical health in China. From the perspective of children’s physical health,the paper uses the Web of Science core database as the basic data source,and uses Citespace software for visual knowledge graph processing. From four perspectives of country( region) distribution,subject composition,core authors,and frontier hot spots,the analysis is carried out,and the prediction and prospect of the research on the physical health of children are made. It is found that the research on children’s physical health in the past 10 years has been carried out from three aspects,namely children’s obesity,children’s mental health and external factors affecting children’s physical health. In the future,attention should be paid to the exploration of child disease screening,diagnosis,intervention methods and physical health evaluation methods,focusing on exploring the educational use value of intervention methods related to children’s physical health,and further clarifying the relationship among children’s physical health,family education,school education and childhood society growth environment to build a healthy growth environment for children.
