摘要
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育制度设计的一项重大改革,实现"课证融通"是推进制度落实的有效手段,也是未来职业教育一线教师的工作重点,在考评试点工作过程中难免会遇到许多新问题,解决这些问题的过程就是我们改良人才培养模式的过程,也是我们把教学内容和用人单位需求融合的过程,作者结合自身工作经历,总结了几个常见问题及解决方法跟大家进行了分享。
The 1+X certificate system is a major reform in the design of our country's vocational education system.The realization of"class certificate integration"is an effective means to promote the implementation of the system,and it is also the focus of work for front-line teachers in future vocational education.Many new problems will be encountered.The process of solving these problems is our process of improving our talent training model.It is also the process of integrating teaching content with the needs of employers.Based on the author’s work experience,the author summarizes several common problems and solutions to share.
