摘要
我国传统民用建筑楼盖形式经常采用的现浇楼盖具有良好的抗震和抗渗性能,但现浇楼板存在许多缺陷,如跨度和承载力有限、抗裂性能差、施工工艺复杂、工期长、耗材多、自重大、造价高等。本文在一种新型装配式叠合楼板的预制构件上加浇一层现浇混凝土,形成整体装配式结构,发现其综合性能优异。同时,文章基于技术角度,对预制带肋底板混凝土叠合楼板的设计特点和施工特性进行分析总结,在此基础上结合施工实例,对该叠合楼板的综合经济效益进行对比及计算分析,以期为这种新型叠合楼板的推广应用提供有益的参考。
The cast-in-place floor slabs commonly used in traditional civil building slabs in our country has good seismic and impermeability properties,but the cast-in-situ floor slabs also have many defects,such as limited span and bearing capacity,poor crack resistance,complex construction technology,long construction period,many consumables,large self-weight,high costs,and so on.In this paper,a layer of cast-in-situ concrete is poured on the prefabricated component of a new type of prefabricated composite floor slabs to form an integrated assembly structure,which is found to have excellent comprehensive performance.At the same time,the paper analyzes and summarizes the design characteristics and construction characteristics of the prefabricated composite floor slabs with precast prestressed rib panels from the technical perspective.On this basis,combined with construction cases,the comprehensive economic benefits of the concrete composite slabs with precast prestressed rib panels are calculated and compared,with a view to provide a useful reference for the promotion and application of this new type of composite floor slabs.
