探析高层建筑的防火监督及隐患

Discussion on the Fire Prevention Supervision and Hidden Danger of High-Rise Buildings

近年来,随着我国城市人口密度不断增大,人们工作和居住的建筑高度也在不断增加,高层建筑空间利用率大、层高较高、人口密度较大,导致了高层建筑的消防隐患逐渐加强,一旦高层建筑发生火灾,灭火以及相关救援工作的开展将存在巨大阻碍,会给人们的生命财产安全造成一定威胁。因此,对高层建筑中的消防隐患进行分析,进而采取相应的防火监督措施对预防高层建筑火灾具有重要的意义和作用。

In recent years,with the increasing density of urban population in China,the height of people’s work and residential buildings is also increasing.It is precisely because of the high utilization rate of high-rise buildings'space,high storey height and large population density that the hidden danger of high-rise buildings’fire protection is gradually strengthened.Once there is a fire in highrise buildings,there will be great hindrance to the firefighting and related rescue work and certain threat,to people’s lives and property security.Therefore,the analysis on hidden fire hazards in high-rise buildings and the corresponding fire supervision measures are of great significance to prevent the occurrence of fires in high-rise buildings.
