摘要
采用刻蚀和疏水修饰的方法对200目的紫铜网进行改性,制备了超疏水铜网。采用NaOH与饱和过硫酸钾混合液刻蚀10 min,在铜网表面制备出纳米针状结构,并以此为基底,对正十二硫醇、正十八硫醇、硬脂酸、月桂酸的修饰效果进行了研究。实验结果表明,铜网在0.01 mol/L的正十八硫醇中修饰5 min即可使铜网的接触角达到155.0°;制备的超疏水铜网具有优异的化学稳定性、机械稳定性和热稳定性,将其用于自行设计的油水分离器中,分离效率高于85%。该超疏水铜网制备工艺简便,为超疏水材料在实际油水分离过程中的应用提供了新思路。
200 mesh copper mesh was modified by the synergy of etching and hydrophobic modification,and super-hydrophobic copper mesh was prepared.The copper mesh surface presented a nano needle-like microstructure after 10 min etching,and then the modification effects of n-dodecanethiol,n-octadecyl mercaptan,stearic acid,and lauric acid were investigated.The result shows that a super-hydrophobic copper mesh with a contact angle of 155.0°can be obtained by 0.01 mol/L n-octadecyl mercaptan modifying for 5 min.The prepared copper mesh shows its excellent chemical stability,mechanical stability,and thermal stability.The separation efficiency is more than 85%in a selfdesigned oil-water separator.The preparation of super-hydrophobic copper mesh is facile.It provides a novel strategy for super-hydrophobic materials application in the oil-water separation industry process.
