摘要 劣质蜡油加氢装置因压降升高、金属杂质沉积等原因造成装置非计划停工,严重影响了装置的长周期运转。为解决上述问题,中国石化大连石油化工研究院开发了多项成套组合技术,包括高阻垢容垢能力催化剂体系、高脱容金属催化剂体系以及新型催化裂化原料预处理催化剂级配体系,通过优化催化剂颗粒尺寸、形貌和活性的合理过渡,成功解决了劣质蜡油加氢装置存在的压降升高过快和催化剂中毒快速失活的技术问题。工业应用情况表明,采用中国石化大连石油化工研究院的催化剂级配技术能够实现劣质蜡油加氢装置的长周期稳定运转。 The increase of pressure drop of the low-grade wax oil hydrogenation unit and the deposition of metal impurities have caused the unplanned shutdown of the unit,and thus seriously affected its long-term operation.To solve the above problems,the Sinopec Dalian Research Insititute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals has developed many complete technologies,including the development technology of catalyst system with high scale inhibition and capacity,the development technology of metal catalyst system with high capacity removal,and the development technology of new FCC raw material pretreatment catalyst grading system.By optimizing the reasonable transition of catalyst particles in size,morphology,and activity,the technical problems of excessive pressure drop and rapid deactivation of catalyst poisoning in the low-grade wax oil hydrogenation unit have been successfully solved.The commercial application shows that the catalyst grading technology can effectively solve the problem of the long-period running of low-grade wax oil hydrogenation unit.
