摘要
基于GB/T150-2011设计的核电试验台架用稳压器在设计寿命期间将承受压力和温度的循环载荷,需考虑其发生疲劳失效的可能性。应用ANSYS有限元软件建立稳压器人孔密封结构的有限元轴对称模型,先后对其进行了热分析和结构应力分析,最后根据JB/T4732-1995附录C的相关规定对承压边界和连接螺栓进行疲劳分析和评定,为保证人孔密封结构在设计寿命内的结构完整性提供依据,也为其他类似结构的疲劳分析提供借鉴。
The pressurizer,designed based on GB/T 150-2011 and used in a testing facility for nuclear power plant,would undergo cyclic pressure and thermal loads during its design life.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the possibility of its fatigue failure.In the paper,an axi-symmetric finite element model for the manhole sealing structure was firstly established using the ANSYS FEA software,then the thermal and structural analysis was carried out on it,respectively,and finally the fatigue analysis and assessment were carried out for the pressure boundary components and connected bolts in accordance with Appendix C of JB/T 4732-1995,which provide the technical basis for the structural integrity of the manhole sealing structure during its design life and provide a reference for the fatigue analyses of other similar structures as well.
