In recent years,new media and traditional media is in rapid convergence.But the requirement of security broadcast has not changed.With the development of wisdom radio and television,the broadcast monitoring system become more and more intelligent.In this paper we will analyze the broadcast monitoring system with the development of intelligent broadcasting,in these following aspects.First and foremost provincial broadcast center security broadcast requirements,in addition,the composition of the monitoring system,third setting principles for emergency operations.
