摘要
随着社会的不断进步和科学技术的不断发展,汽车越来越频繁地出现在人们的生活中。汽车出现后,汽车的检测技术也出现了。所有生产车辆都需要检查和维修,只有经过认证的车辆才能交付给客户。目前,国内汽车整车检测线的检查主体还是以人力保证。随着工业4.0的出现,特别是在模拟仿真、自动化机器人、大数据等广泛应用到工业生产,汽车整车检测系统也迎来了翻天覆地的发展。因此,本文结合工业机器人技术在汽车行业中的应用,针对汽车整车检测线发展概述进行分析,并提出相关建议。旨在为汽车整车检测线及系统设计提供一些参考。
With the continuous progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology,cars appear more and more frequently in people's lives.After the appearance of the automobile,the automobile detection technology also appeared.All production vehicles need to be inspected and repaired and only certified vehicles can be delivered to customers.At present,the inspection body of domestic automobile inspection line is still guaranteed by manpower.With the emergence of industry 4.0,especially in simulation,automation robot,big data and other widely used in industrial production,vehicle detection system also ushered in shaking development.Therefore,combined with the application of industrial robot technology in the automobile industry,this paper analyzes the development overview of automobile inspection line,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the design of vehicle detection line and system.
