摘要
以内江职业技术学院汽车检测与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养实践为例,探讨经济欠发达地区如何加强校企合作,开展现代学徒制教育,提炼其实践经验。本文认为,学校要积极寻求企业资源,大力筹措资金,提高专业教师的参与度,加大企业指导技师的培训,科学制定人才培养方案。
Taking the practice of modern apprenticeship training for automobile inspection and maintenance majors in Neijiang Vocational and Technical College as an example,this article discusses how to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in economically underdeveloped areas,develop modern apprenticeship education,and refi ne their practical experience.This article believes that schools should actively seek corporate resources,raise funds vigorously,increase the participation of professional teachers,increase the training of corporate guidance technicians,and scientifi cally formulate talent training programs.
