文章结合“职教20条”中“1+X”证书制度试点要求,分析了高职机电一体化技术专业人才培养现状,将新工程师具备的“技术、管理、商业和人文”四个能力作为“X”,对现行的人才培养模式进行改革,重新构建课程体系,调整课程内容和考核方式等。

Based on the pilot requirements of the"1+X"certificate system in the"20 Vocational Education",the article analyzes the current situation of the training of professional mechatronics technology professionals in higher vocational.With the four abilities---technology,management,commerce,and humanism as"X",the article reforms the current talent training model,rebuilds the curriculum system,and adjusts the content and assessment methods of the curriculum,etc.
