运用三维坐标系法对试验车辆部分位置调节

摘要 近年来,随着经济的不断发展,汽车行业也是蓬勃发展,据易车网报道目前我国汽车人均拥有量达到了0.141[1]。本文主要讲述汽车试验时,实验前汽车相关位置的调节方法的改进。其试验方法也有制定的相关强检标准,但是随着科学技术的不断发展创新,试验人员的不断研究改进,对于质量、效率的要求也是越来越严格,现针对被动安全试验时其汽车的转向管柱,座椅行程的调节,对传统调节方法进行改进,运用三维坐标系进行车内部件的调节。 In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,the automobile industry is also booming.According to Bitauto.com,the current per capita car ownership in our country has reached 0.141[1].This article mainly describes the improvement of the adjustment method of the relevant position of the car before the test during the car test.The test method also has related mandatory inspection standards.However,with the continuous development and innovation of science and technology,and the continuous research and improvement of test personnel,the requirements for quality and effi ciency are becoming more and more stringent.Now it is aimed at the steering of its cars during passive safety tests.The adjustment of the pipe column and seat stroke improves the traditional adjustment method,and the article applies the three-dimensional coordinate system to the adjustment of the interior parts of the car.
