基于简化模型的行人保护小腿碰撞分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 大量的行人交通事故使得人们越来越重视车辆对车外人员的保护,国内各个汽车企业在车辆造型设计阶段和总布置阶段,已开始积极介行人保护设计,从而减小后期优化难度,降低行人损伤程度。本文基于2018版C-NCAP行人保护下腿型碰撞试验要求,建立了有效的行保腿型碰撞简化模型,同时运用参数灵敏度分析方法,进行了车辆前端造型尺寸设计分析。结果表明,建立有效的行保腿型碰撞简化模型,能快速有效地分析前保造型尺寸和造型特征对小腿性能的影响,对行人保护友好的车辆前端造型设计有较好的指导意义,具有较高的工程实用性。 A large number of pedestrian traffi c accidents have made people pay more and more attention to the protection of people outside the vehicle,In the stage of vehicle modeling design and general layout,domestic automobile enterprises have begun to actively introduce pedestrian protection design,so as to reduce the diffi culty of late optimization and reduce the degree of pedestrian damage.In this paper,based on the requirements of the 2018 C-NCAP pedestrian protection of lower leg collision test,an eff ective simplifi ed model of the pedestrian protection of leg collision was established.At the same time,parameter sensitivity analysis method was used to design and analyze the modeling dimensions of the front end of the vehicle.The results show that the establishment of an eff ective simplifi ed model of pedestrian protection of leg collision can quickly and eff ectively analyze the infl uence of the size of car front molding size on the performance of the leg,which has good guiding signifi cance for the design of pedestrian protection friendly car front molding,and has higher engineering practicability.
