摘要
混凝土搅拌运输车在我国的工程建设中起着重要的作用,同时其运输安全则是亟需解决的问题,由于其运输质量大、质心高、加之搅拌筒不停地旋转,均使得其操纵稳定性变差,容易引发侧翻事故。本文在分析混凝土搅拌运输车结构特点基础上,分别对其在水平路面上的左转弯和右转弯的运行状态应用理论力学进行讨论,得出右旋混凝土搅拌车左转弯的抗侧翻能力要好于右转弯;并依据国家标准,对样车进行抗侧翻稳定性试验研究以验证结论的正确性。
Concrete mixer truck plays an important role in China's engineering construction.At the same time,its transportation safety is an urgent problem to be solved.Due to its large transportation quality,high center of mass,and the continuous rotation of the mixing drum,its handling stability become worse,which can easily cause rollover accidents.In this paper,based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the concrete mixer truck,the left turn and right turn of the truck on the horizontal road were discussed,and it was concluded that the anti-rollover ability of the left turn of the truck is better than that of the right turn.According to the national standard,the anti-rollover stability test of the sample truck is carried out to verify the correctness of the conclusion.
