摘要 对变压器套管运行状态进行有效监测可以保障变压器的稳定运行。选择以变电器套管空间电场为监测对象,基于静电感应原理,选用d-dot微型探头、放大器模块、STM32F1内核、锂电池供电模块、充电模块、433数据透传模块和GPRS无线收发模块等组成一套非接触式变电器套管空间电场测量装置,并通过面向远距离、低功耗设备的LoRa扩频无线技术,实现了监测数据在PC端和手机端的实时获取。该装置已通过现场测试证明了其实用性,并应用于某地区超高压变电站套管运行状态监测。 Effective monitoring on the running state of the transformer bushing can ensure the stable operation of the transformer.This paper selects the spatial electric field of the transformer bushing as the monitored object.Firstly,based on the principle of electrostatic induction,the paper uses the d-dot micro probe,amplifier module,STM32F1 core,lithium battery power supply module,charging module,433 data transmission module and GPRS wireless transmitter-receiver module to form a set of non-contact spatial electric field measuring device for the transformer busing.And then,the paper realizes the real-time acquisition of monitoring data on PC and mobile phone by use of LoRa spread spectrum wireless technology which is oriented to remote and low-power devices.The device has been proved to be practical by field test,and has been successfully applied to monitoring the operation state of the ultrahigh voltage substation in a certain area.
