宜昌换流站控保系统与龙泉站交流场接口分析 被引量:5

摘要 渝鄂背靠背联网工程新建2座柔性直流换流站用于西南电网和华中电网异步互联,其中的宜昌换流站围墙内没有建设单独的湖北侧500 kV交流开关场,而是利用毗邻的龙泉换流站500 kV交流场接入系统。针对宜昌换流站这种交流场合建的主接线方式,为满足各自的操作联锁逻辑、宜昌站直流系统启动/停止等控制以及设备状态监视的要求,宜昌站和龙泉站控保系统以及一次设备之间需要交互信息。为实现两站间相关信息的交互,介绍了宜昌换流站控保系统设计的特殊考虑之处,分析了两站间交互的接口信息、联锁逻辑、顺控操作判断及操作允许条件判断,提出控保系统接口屏配置方案,实际工程应用效果良好。 Two new flexible DC converter stations were built in back-to-back interconnection project of Chongqing and Hubei to be used for asynchronous interconnection of southwest power grid and Central China power grid.Among these two convert stations,no separate 500 kV AC switching yard on the Hubei side within the fence of Yichang converter station has been built,but the adjacent Longquan converter station’s 500 kV AC yard access system has to be used.In view of the main wiring mode of the jointly constructed AC yard like Yichang converter station,and in order to meet the requirements of the respective operation interlock logic,DC system start/stop control of Yichang station and equipment status monitoring,the interactive information is needed between the control and protection system and the primary equipment of Yichang station and Longquan station.In order to realize the interaction of relevant information between the two stations,this paper introduces the special consideration in the design of the control&protection system of Yichang converter station,analyzes the interface information,interlocking logic,sequence control operation judgment and operation permission condition judgment between the interactions of the two stations,and finally proposes the interface panel configuration scheme of the control&protection system.The application effect of this system is good in practical engineering.
