超超临界1 000 MW机组1号瓦振动异常是该型机组的通病。通过对某1 000 MW机组1号瓦反复出现的振动问题进行研究,介绍了历次缺陷处理的经历。从理论基础和实践检修入手,分析造成其轴瓦振动大的主要影响因素,并提出解决具体方案。为同类型机组类似问题,总结了检修方案及处理意见。

The vibration anomaly of the ultra-supercritical 1000 MW unit No.1 bearing is a common problem.Through the studies on the repeated occurrence of the vibration problem of No.1 bearing of a 1000 MW unit,this paper introduces the previous experience of defect processing.Starting with theory and overhaul,the paper analyzes the main factors that cause the vibration of its axial tile,and proposes specific solutions,summarizing the maintenance scheme and treatment solutions to the problems of similar-typed units.
