摘要
为进一步指导高背压供热工程的实施,本文结合300 MW空冷机组高背压改造实例,在对供热能力进行核算的基础上,分析了高背压+超高背压供热的分配情况,介绍了主要的系统设计,结合工期及财务指标,说明了高背压供热能够实现企业社会和经济效益的全面提高。同时高背压改造实例的研究过程也为今后电厂供热改造应用提供了有益的借鉴。
In order to further guide the implementation of the high back pressure heating engineering,combined with the example of 300 MW air-cooled unit's high back pressure reconstruction,and based on the calculation of heat supply capacity,this paper analyzes the distribution of heat supply with high back pressure+ultra-high back pressure,introduces the main system design,combining with the construction period and financial indicators,and shows that high back pressure heating can achieve the overall improvement of social and economic benefits of the enterprise.At the same time,the research process of high back pressure transformation also provides useful reference for the application of heat supply transformation in power plants in the future.
