摘要 为提高表凝式间接空冷系统冬季运行的安全性和经济性,针对间冷系统散热器冻结影响因素,对系统冬季运行防冻策略进行了优化,最大限度降低冷却塔循环水出水温度。通过试验研究,获得了凝汽器变工况特性、机组微增出力特性以及循环水泵组合特性。根据实际运行数据,对凝汽器总传热系数的别尔曼公式进行了修正。结合冬季运行控制策略,建立了间冷系统变工况运行优化模型,得出不同机组负荷、不同冷却塔循环水出水温度下的循环水泵最优组合,综合指导系统冬季运行优化。根据机组运行数据分析,冬季运行优化预期可增加利润22.47万元,具有一定的经济效益。 In order to improve the safety and economy of winter operation of indirect air-cooling system with surface condenser,according to the influence factors of radiator freezing,the anti-freeze strategy of winter operation is optimized,the outlet temperature of circulating water is minimized.Off-design condition characteristics for the condenser,steam turbine output correction and characteristics for the circulating water pump combination are obtained by experiments.Based on the actual operating data,the formula for heat transfer coefficient of condenser is modified.Combined with control strategy of winter operation,the optimization model of variable operating for the indirect air-cooling system is built,the optimal combination of circulating pumps corresponding different unit load and outlet temperature of circulating water is obtained,and the winter operation is optimized synthetically.Based on the operating data,winter operation optimization is expected to increase profit by 224700 yuan,bringing some economic benefits.
