国产大型海水高位收水冷却塔配水装置改造应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 某厂1000 M机组海水高位收水冷却塔配水装置在运行中存在溅水导致冬季结冰严重,已成为影响机组安全运行的重要隐患。为解决该问题,本文首先分析了造成高位收水冷却塔溅水的原因,并提出了相应的改造方法,通过在收水斜板侧面安装截水装置收集溅出的水滴,在收水斜板上端安装导流板将由于支撑梁与竖置立柱搭接位置引起的汇流导入收水斜板上的防溅层,有效将汇流拦截在截水装置内侧。最后,指出了各装置的作用原理及设计要点。改造完成后,治理后溅水严重的区域的溅水率优于设计值0.05‰,保障设备安全可靠运行。该装置首次在某电厂高位塔中应用,可同时解决同类型水塔其他施工、安装、材料变形等问题引起的溅水现象,对后期高位收水冷却塔的设计有一定的参考价值。 The water distribution device of a high-level seawater collecting cooling tower of a 1000 M unit splash water during operation,which has caused serious freezing in winter,and has become an important hidden danger affecting the safe operation of the unit.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the causes of the tower splashing water at first.Then we proposed a corresponding transformation method,by installing a water interception device on the side of collecting water device to collect the splashed water droplets,and installing a deflector on the upper side of device to introduce the flow on the sloping plate.This flow caused by the overlapping position of the support beam and the vertical column.Finally,the function principle and design points of each device are pointed out.After the transformation is completed,the splash rate of the area where splash severely is better than the design value of 0.05‰,ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment.This device is first applied in a high-level water collecting cooling tower of a power plant,which can simultaneously solve the water splash phenomenon caused by other construction,installation,material deformation and other problems of the same type of water tower.
