基于Film模型与VOF模型的A柱溢流仿真

摘要 雨天行车时,雨水会在车窗上形成水渍影响驾驶员视线,从而给安全行车带来重大隐患,其中对视线的影响最主要是来自于雨刷运动激励下的A柱溢流。提供了一种雨水管理性能仿真解决方案,通过结合Film模型与VOF模型,可以得到与试验结果接近的溢流过程,修正了Film模型自身的误差。仿真结果表明,在车速为80 km/h时,雨水在A柱中上部发生溢流,雨水越过A柱后在侧窗导水槽积累,并有部分雨水从导水槽溢出,水流呈条状分布,集中在侧窗上部。 Vehicle side windows could be covered by falling water droplets in rainfall environment,which could degrade the driver’s vision while driving a vehicle.The A-pillar water overflow caused by wiper movements most negatively affects the vision.The paper simulated the performance of the vehicle exterior rainwater management.The simulation results agreed well with the experimental results regarding the overflow phenomena and the error of the Film model was corrected.The simulation results show that the A-pillar water overflow occurs at the middle and upper part of the A-pillar.And then water accumulates in the side window gutter,from which some rainwater overflows and mainly spreads in the upper part of the side window in rivulet shape.
