摘要 为提高核电站管道支架力学分析效率,研究了支架力学分析自动化方法。在总结支架特点基础上,基于参数化、模板化设计,实现了支架力学分析模型的自动建立;在充分研究程序接口、规范等基础上,运用VB编程语言及Access等数据库,采用功能模块化设计思路及函数调用机制,实现了支架力学分析及报告编制等工程任务的自动化。该方法已运用到某核电站核2、3级工艺管道支架改造项目中,高效满足了改造项目有限施工窗口期需求。 In order to improve the efficiency of mechanical analysis of pipe supports in nuclear power plant,an automatic method of mechanical analysis of supports was studied.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the pipe supports,the automatic establishment of the mechanical analysis model of the support was realized based on the parameterized and templated design.Based on the full study of program interface and specification,the automation of engineering tasks such as support mechanics analysis and report compilation were realized by using VB programming language and Access database,functional modular design idea and function transfer mechanism.This method is successfully applied to the reconstruction project of grade 2 and 3 pipe supports in a nuclear power plant and efficiently meets the limited construction window demand of the transformation project.
