摘要
凯氏定氮法是测定植株全氮含量的经典方法,但过程繁琐,费时费力。杜马斯燃烧法是测定植株全氮的新方法之一。文章采用2种方法,测定不同地区、不同品种、不同生育期的小麦全氮含量,比较2种方法的测定结果,探讨杜马斯燃烧法的可行性。结果表明:杜马斯燃烧法相比凯氏定氮法而言,精确度更高、操作更方便、省时省力,适用于大批量植株样品中全氮含量的分析。研究结果为采用杜马斯测定大批量植株全氮含量提供了数据支持。
Although Kjeldahl method is a classical method to determine the total nitrogen(N) concentration of samples, the testing process is complex and time-consuming. The Dumas combustion method is one of the new methods to determine plant total nitrogen. In order to verify the feasibility of Dumas combustion method in N determination, Dumas combustion and Kjeldahl methods were compared and analyzed by different organs of wheat in different regions, varieties and growth stages. The results show that,compared with Kjeldahl method, Dumas combustion method is more accurate, convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, which is suitable for the analysis of total nitrogen content in large quantities of plant samples. The results provided a technical basis for the determination of total N concentration in a large quantities of samples by Dumas combustion method.
