摘要 为实现中小型农产品搬运加工自动化生产控制,文章基于西门子可编程逻辑控制器设计了一套农产品搬运加工机械手控制系统。首先阐述了系统设计的方案和基本结构;其次分析了系统的硬件设计;最后简述了系统的软件设计。该系统能够实现对果蔬、玉米、瓜类等农产品的搬运、包装和加工等自动化操作,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to realize automatic production control of small and medium-sized agricultural products handling and processing, this paper designs a set of manipulator control system for agricultural products handling and processing based on Siemens PLC. Firstly, the scheme and basic structure of the system design are described.Secondly, the hardware design of the system is analyzed. Finally, the software design of the system is briefly described. This system can realize the automatic operation of handling, packaging and processing of fruits and vegetables, corn, melons and other agricultural products, and has certain popularization and application value.
