In this paper, the medicinal value and research status of Pueraria lobata were summarized, and the research progress of isoflavones detection methods in Pueraria lobata in recent years was also summarized. The extraction, separation and purification process of isoflavones from Pueraria were summarized. The theoretical basis was provided for the separation and purification of isoflavones in Pueraria by new technology and method.
