检验医学发展历程的回溯与展望——弘扬“敬佑生命,健康至上”的医学人文精神

Retrospect and prospect of the development of laboratory medicine:carry forward the medical humanistic spirit of"respecting and protecting life and health first"

检验医学发展的历史可以归纳为萌芽与探索的初级阶段、漫长滞后的薄弱阶段以及蓬勃发展的新阶段。随着人民卫生健康事业的发展,我国检验医学发展迅速,目前已进入实验室自动化和信息化检验医学发展的新时代。本文从医学人文角度回顾了检验医学发展的历史进程,从临床实验室检验质量管理与控制、检验医学与现代信息技术的结合、检验医师架起检验与临床的桥梁以及临床医学实验室检验技术自动化等4个方面,概述了检验医学发展新阶段中临床实验室技术的新进展,并对检验医学科技创新的未来——人工智能+检验医学予以展望,弘扬“敬佑生命,健康至上”的医学人文精神。

The development history of clinical laboratory medicine can be summed up as primary stage of germination and exploration,weak stage of long lag and new stage of vigorous development.With the development of people's health career,laboratory medicine in China has developed rapidly.At present,we have entered a new era of automation and information-based laboratory medicine.This paper reviews the historical development of laboratory medicine from perspective of medical humanities,and summarizes the new progress of clinical laboratory technology in the new stage of laboratory medicine development from four aspects such as the quality management and control of clinical laboratory,combination of laboratory medicine and modern information technology,construction of a bridge between laboratory medicine and clinical practice,and automation of clinical laboratory technology.In addition,the future of laboratory medicine science and technology innovation artificial intelligence+laboratory medicine are prospected,so as to carry forward the medical humanistic spirit of"respecting and protecting life and health first".
