新型肿瘤标本袋的设计和应用

Design and application of a new type of tumor specimen bag

外科手术切除肿瘤后,需要将手术标本装入病理标本袋内,使用多聚甲醛水溶液进行初步固定,然后送至病理科由专科医生切片染色做出病理诊断。但在临床工作中,传统的病理标本袋在使用过程中存在一些不足,如密封性差,多聚甲醛水溶液容易漏出;未标记刻度线,导致加入的多聚甲醛水溶液过多或过少,影响病理切片质量。为解决上述问题,亟需设计一种使用方便、安全可靠、成本低廉的新型肿瘤标本袋,从而达到减少医疗资源浪费、防止标本污染、保证标本固定质量及减轻病理科医师工作负担的目的。针对目前临床工作中标本袋存在的问题,贵州医科大学临床医学院以及遵义医科大学茅台医院普外科的医护人员设计了一种新型肿瘤标本袋,并获得了国家实用新型专利(专利号:ZL 201821961155.1)。新型肿瘤标本袋使用医用聚氯乙烯(PVC)材质,主要包括滑块夹链、标本袋袋体、袋体刻度线、袋体后方挂扣、排液阀门5个组成部分,具有结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的优点;而且此种新型肿瘤标本袋具有不同规格,可满足不同大小肿瘤标本的固定需求,为临床工作创造有利条件,减轻了病理科医务人员的工作负担,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

After surgical resection of tumor,the tumor specimen should be kept in the specimen bag and fixed with paraformaldehyde solution,and then sent to the department of pathology for pathological examination.However,in clinical work,we found that there are many shortcomings and deficiencies in the traditional medical tumor specimen bag.The sealing performance of traditional medical specimen bag is poor,paraformaldehyde solution is easy to leak out and pollute the specimen cabinet.Because the specimen bag has no scale line,too much or too little paraformaldehyde solution could be poured into the bag,which affects the quality of pathological sections.In order to solve the above problems,it is urgent to design a new type of tumor specimen bag,which is easy to use,safe and reliable,with low cost,so as to reduce the waste of medical resources,prevent specimen pollution and ensure the quality of specimen fixation,and reduce the workload of pathologists.In view of the problems existing in the clinical work of the specimen bag,the medical staff in Clinical Medical College of Guizhou Medical University and department of general surgery of Maotai Hospital of Zunyi Medical University designed a new type of tumor specimen bag,and obtained the national utility model patent(Patent No.:ZL 201821961155.1).The new type of tumor specimen bag is made of medical polyvinyl chloride(PVC),which mainly consists of five parts such as slide clip chain,specimen bag body,bag scale line,rear buckle of bag body and drainage valve.The new type of specimen bag has the advantages of simple structure,good sealing and low cost.Moreover,the new type of tumor specimen bag,with different sizes,can meet the fixed requirements of tumor specimens of different sizes,create favorable conditions for clinical work,reduce the workload of medical staff in pathology department,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
