陶行知“小先生制”在小学英语教学中的运用

摘要 小学生随着年纪的增长,不仅学习的难度开始逐渐增大,而且深度与广度也开始提升,学生渐渐出现了两极分化的情况。针对这一现象,教师应更加重视教学方法的改变,不断跟进教学方法,帮助学生缩小差距,让学困生找回学习的自信心。 As pupils get older,not only the difficulty of learning gradually increases,but the depth and breadth also begin to increase,and students gradually become polarized.In response to this phenomenon,teachers should pay more attention to the changes in teaching methods,and constantly follow up teaching methods to help students narrow the gap,so that students with learning difficulties can find their confidence in learning.
