摘要
超竞争环境对高科技新企业的发展提出新挑战,尤其面对市场的快速变化,其竞争战略如何实施是一个重要问题。依据高阶理论和动态竞争理论,构建高管团队异质性、竞争积极性与竞争优势之间的理论概念模型,并通过问卷调查和访谈,选用187份高科技新企业样本进行实证研究来检验三者的关系。实证分析的结果表明,高管团队异质性、竞争积极性对竞争优势均有显著的正向影响,而且竞争积极性在高管团队异质性与竞争优势之间具有部分中介效应,具有一定的理论和实践意义。最后提出了本研究的不足和未来发展方向。
Hyper competitive environment poses new challenges on the development of the high-tech new ventures.How to carry out the competitive strategy to respond to the rapidly changing market is a very crucial question.According to the upper echelons theory and the dynamic competition theory,this study constructs a theoretical conceptual model among TMT heterogeneity,competitive aggressiveness and competitive advantage,whose relationships are varified by 187 valid questionnaire sample data.The empirical results show that both TMT heterogeneity and competitive aggressiveness have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage and the competitive aggressiveness make a partial mediation effect on the relationship between the TMT heterogeneity and competitive advantage,which has certain theoreticel and practical significace.Finally,the deficiencies and future research directions are proposed.
