14例单心房患儿超声心动图表现

Echocardiography Perform of 14 Children with Single Atrium

目的探讨单心房(SA)患儿超声心动图表现,以为临床诊疗提供参考。方法选取2013年9月—2019年12月保定市第二中心医院及首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院收治的SA患儿14例,均经超声心动图检查。分析患儿超声心动图特征、SA类型(包括心房正位、心房反位、心房不定位)及其心脏畸形发生情况。结果SA患儿超声心动图检查显示,房间隔结构消失,左心房及右心房形成单一心腔。14例SA患儿中,心房正位7例,心房反位2例,心房不定位5例。合并心脏畸形:心内膜垫缺损11例,肺动脉狭窄8例,大动脉异位7例,单心室5例,脾脏病变5例,肺静脉异位引流4例,永存左上腔静脉2例,法洛四联症1例。结论SA患儿超声心动图主要特征为房间隔结构消失,左心房及右心房形成单一心腔,而超声心动图可诊断SA分型及其合并心脏畸形,有助于临床诊疗。

Objective To investigate the echocardiography perform of single atrium(SA)in children,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Fourteen patients of SA children in the Second Central Hospital of Baoding and Capital Institute of Pediatrics Affiliated Children's Hospital from September 2013 to December 2019 were selected,all patients were exacmined by echocardiography.The echocardiography perform,SA classification(including atrial orthosis,atrial inversion,atrial non-localization)and the incidence of cardiac malformation were analysed.Results Echocardiographic examination of children with SA showed that,the atrial septal structure disappeared,and left atrium and right atrium formed a single heart cavity.Among the 14 cases of SA,atrial orthosis was for 7 cases,atrial inversion was for 2 cases,atrial non-localization was for 5 cases.Complicated with cardiac malformation:11 cases of endocardial cushion defect,8 cases of pulmonary artery stenosis,7 cases of ectopic aorta,5 cases of splenic lesions in single ventricle,5 cases of spleen lesions,4 cases of anomalous pulmonary venous drainage,2 cases of persistent left superior vena cava and 1 case of tetralogy of Fallot.Conclusion The main echocardiography perform of SA children is atrial septal structure disappearing,and left atrium and right atrium forming a single heart cavity,and echocardiography can diagnose SA classification and its complicated cardiac malformation,which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
