镜像右位心合并冠心病心电图特点及冠状动脉造影技巧两例分析

Electrocardiogram Characteristics and Coronary Angiography Techniques of Mirror Image Dextrocardia with Coronary Heart Disease:Two Cases Report

镜像右位心临床上发病率较低,合并冠心病者更为少见,该类患者无论从心电图特点还是冠状动脉造影技巧上均与普通患者有所不同。本文报道了2例镜像右位心合并冠心病患者,并总结其心电图特点及冠状动脉造影技巧,有助于临床上对该类患者的识别及冠状动脉造影技术的提高。

The clinical incidence of mirror image dextrocardia is relatively low,and with coronary heart disease is more rare,these patients are different from ordinary patients in both ECG characteristics and coronary angiography techniques.This paper reports 2 cases of mirror dextrocardia with coronary heart disease,and summarizes their ECG characteristics and coronary angiography techniques,which is helpful to the clinical recognition of such patients and the improvement of coronary angiography technology.
