河北某金矿选矿试验研究

Processing Research of a Golden Ore in Hebei Province

在对河北某金矿的性质分析的基础上,结合自身经验及相关文献对试验方案进行了设计。通过探索性试验、条件试验及开路试验,确定和推荐了该金矿的选矿最佳控制条件及各项参数。根据最终试验结果,当入选原矿石金矿品位为80~100 g/t的条件下,经一次磨矿(磨细度为-200目65%)一段粗选、三次扫选、可获得金尾砂的品位为0.4 g/t,铜精矿产率为34.3%,回收率为99.72%的选矿指标。为该金矿后续的选矿厂设计、建设及运营奠定了理论基础,对同类型金矿的选别及研究也具有一定的借鉴意义。

According the analysis of one golden mine in Hebei,the research scheme was designed.After the exploratory research,condition research and open-circuit test,the research confirmed best condition.At last,the research showing that after once grinding(-200mesh 65%),one rough,three scaverager,when the golden ore is 80-100g/t,the tail can be lower as 0.4 g/t,productivy is 34.3%,recocery is 99.72%.This is the principle basic of plant design and can be useful for the similar plant.
