摘要
结合现场生产设备、乙基硫氨酯生产工艺要求和DCS自动化系统,对乙基硫氨酯工艺的风险现状进行危险和可操作性分析以及SIL定级,根据HAZOP分析和SIL定级制定SIS安全仪表系统的设计方案,该系统方案用于保护乙基硫氨酯生产过程中操作人员的自身安全和设备的正常运行,可有效的减少事故发生的概率,降低事故的破坏性,提高产品质量,提升经济效益,本文主要介绍了SIS系统在乙基硫氨酯工序的应用。
According to the site production equipment,the requirements of thiocarbamate production process and the existing DCS automation system,the risk status of the thiocarbamate process is analyzed,and SIL is graded.According to HAZOP Analysis and SIL grading,the design scheme of SIS safety instrument system is formulated.The system scheme is used to protect the safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment in the production process of thiocarbamate,It can effectively reduce the probability of accidents,reduce the destructiveness of accidents,improve the quality of products and enhance economic benefits.This paper mainly introduces the application of SIS in the process of thiocarbamate.
