Philosophical Logic of the Strategic Thinking for a New Era from the Perspective of Epidemic Prevention and Control

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视在各项工作中加强战略思维的运用,强调谋篇布局的全局性、系统性、前瞻性。在此次新冠肺炎疫情防控过程中,以习近平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人坚持和运用新时代战略思维,实现了人民战争基本立场与总体战战术运筹的辩证统一,展现了在新的历史条件下运用唯物辩证法治国理政的哲学智慧,充分激发了主客体辩证法基础上人民主体精神的伟力,发挥了方法论科学导引的重要作用,达成了马克思主义中国化的又一次哲学逻辑跃升。

Since the 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to strengthening the use of strategic thinking in all aspects of our work,stressing the overall,systematic and forwardlooking nature of our overall planning and layout.In the process of the epidemic prevention and control,Chinese communists represented by comrade Xi Jinping uphold and apply the strategic thinking for the new era and therefore achieved the dialectical unity of the basic position of the people’s war and some tactics of total war,showed philosophical wisdom in applying materialist dialectics in governance under new historical conditions,mobilized the grand power of the people’s subjective spirits based on the subject-object dialectics,exerted great effects of the scientific guidance of methodology,and realized another leap of philosophical logic in adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions.
