摘要
综述了SiC及其复合材料高温氧化行为及各因素对其氧化的影响,对SiC及其复合材料的防氧化具有一定意义;还对SiC及其复合材料的氧化研究进行了展望,期望能为本领域研究和工程技术人员提供参考。
The oxidation behavior of SiC and its composites and the influencing factors were summarized in this paper,which has certain significance for the oxidation prevention of SiC and its composites.It also looks into the future oxidation research of SiC and its composite materials,hoping to provide some data for researchers and engineers in this field.
