In this paper,the author explores the necessity,the effective path,the content and the function,etc.The study will further enrich relevant research about teachers of ideological and political theory course,bring into full play the leading role of teachers in the teaching of ideological and political theory course,improve the quality of ideological and political theory course teaching,and strengthen the construction of the working group of ideological and political education.
