深化城市管理体制改革,推进城市治理现代化

DEEPEN THE REFORM OF URBAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND PROMOTE THE MODERNIZATION OF URBAN GOVERNANCE

城市管理体制是重要的国家管理制度,与国家治理、特别是与民生大事深度相关, 在此轮“抗疫”中亟需施行就业优先政策之际就表现得很明显。中国城市管理体制尽管经过了长期的渐进式改革,有所进展,但仍然不够完善,不太适应形势发展需要,还有不少问题需要解决。为此,要深入理解和把握中央精神,点面兼顾,在继续开展城管执法体制改革的同时,全面深化城市管理体制改革,推进城市治理现代化。

Urban management system is an important national management system,which is deeply related to national governance,especially people’s livelihood events.It is obvious when employment priority policy is urgently needed in this round of“anti-epidemic”.Although China’s urban management system has undergone a long-term gradual reform and made some progress,it is still not perfect enough to meet the needs of the development of the situation,and there are still many problems to be solved.Therefore,it is needed to deeply understand and grasp the CPC spirit,give attention to all aspects,and deepen the urban management system and promote the modernization of urban governance while continuing the reform of urban management law enforcement system.
