摘要
为解决倾角传感器动态校准问题,介绍了一种基于PMAC(可编程多轴运动控制器,program⁃mable multi⁃axis controller)的倾角传感器动态校准装置。研究了基于正弦运动的倾角传感器动态校准方法;倾角传感器动态校准装置的结构组成、工作原理;重点对校准装置的控制系统硬件结构、控制算法及控制参数调试进行了详细介绍。最终通过对动态校准装置的静态、动态性能测试以及对某型号倾角传感器动态性能测试,证明了这种基于PMAC的倾角传感器校准装置能够较好实现对倾角传感器动态特性的校准。
In order to solve the problem of dynamic calibration of the tilt sensor,the article introduced a dynamic calibration device for the tilt sensor based on a PMAC(programmable multi⁃axis controller)control card.The dynamic calibration method of the tilt sensor based on sinusoidal motion was studied.The structure and working principle of the tilt sensor dynamic calibration device were discussed.The hardware structure,control algorithm and control parameter debugging of the control system were mainly introduced in detail.Finally,the static and dynamic performance tests of the dynamic calibration device and the dynamic performance test of a certain type of tilt sensor proved that the tilt sensor calibration device based on PMAC can calibrate the dy⁃namic characteristics of the tilt sensor better.
