摘要
针对机械振动信号分析、故障诊断的需求,设计了一种基于高性能Zynq-7000的多通道振动信号同步采集及频谱分析系统。在FPGA的硬件部分,首先利用振动传感器采集振动信号,经信号调理后由A/D转换成数字信号,利用Xilinx提供的FFT IP核进行16 bit输入位宽1024点FFT变换等信号处理,并以符合AXI4总线协议的方式通过DMA传输到处理器;ARM处理器将数据通过千兆以太网传输到上位机。最后,将FFT IP核处理结果与MATLAB计算结果进行对比分析,提取信号特征。在振动分析、图像处理等领域有广泛的应用前景。
Aiming at the requirements of mechanical vibration signal analysis and fault diagnosis,a multi⁃channel vibration signal synchronous acquisition and spectrum analysis system based on high⁃performance Zynq-7000 was designed.In the hardware part of the FPGA,the vibration signal was first collected by the vibration sensor,and then converted into a digital signal by A/D after signal conditioning,and the FFT IP core provided by Xilinx was used for signal processing such as 16-bit input bit width 1024-point FFT conversion,and the AXI4 bus protocol was transmitted to the processor via DMA,the ARM processor transfered the data to the host computer via gigabit Ethernet.Finally,the FFT IP core processing results are compared with the Matlab calcu⁃lation results to extract the signal characteristics.It has broad application prospects in the fields of vibration analysis and image processing.
