摘要
高校课程思政体系构建是一个系统工程,以三亚航空旅游职业学院为例,从组织管理、教学管理、队伍管理和评估机制四个方面构建课程思政体系,对课程思政形成较为全面的监督保障。探索以“专业——课程”的教学模式建设完善的课程思政生态系统,把课程思政教学管理聚焦于课堂教学主渠道,形成“SOEI循环法”的课程思政质量监控与持续改进路径,不断提升教师队伍课程思政教学的行动力。
Taking Sanya Aviation&Tourism College as an example,the construction of ideological and political system of curriculum in colleges is a systems engineering,which includes four aspects:organization management,teaching management,team management and evaluation mechanism,forming a more comprehensive supervision guarantee for the ideological and political work of the curriculum.Exploring to construct a perfect ideological and political ecosystem of the curriculum by the teaching mode of“profession-courses”,focusing the ideological and political teaching management on the main channel of classroom teaching,to form the“SOEI cycle method”of the quality of ideological and political monitoring and continuous improvement of the path to constantly enhance the teaching force of ideological and political courses.
